Cooking Adventures, first report

Though not from the family cookbook I got for my bday (thanks Mum!), I’ve been attempting some meals from Donna Hay’s 10 Minute Meals (thanks Nanna & Pa!).
Last week saw my own creation of grilled chicken with napolitana sauce with rocket and roast capsicum:
and from 10 min meals we had mushroom, bacon and spinach penne:
After Saturday’s indoor bday bbq bash I had some bacon left over, so last night I went with chicken with lemon and bacon-wrapped asparagus:
The chicken and asparagus is so super-simple… 10 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to cook… and full of simple, raw, fresh goodness.
